Senior Paid Social Account Manager

As a Senior Paid Social Account Manager at dentsu Croatia, you will work with Account Directors on a day-to-day basis to ensure campaigns drive measurable business results and meet performance objectives. You'll be responsible for high-level planning, cross-platform execution, and client relationship management across Europe's key platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn) as well as country-specific networks (XING, Viadeo).

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead strategy and execution of large-scale Paid Social campaigns across Europe
• Mentor and guide Junior and Mid-level team members
• Build and maintain senior-level client relationships, acting as a trusted Paid Social advisor
• Collaborate with platform representatives (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, XING, Viadeo) to leverage betas and new features
• Deliver high-quality insights and recommendations to drive business outcomes
• Manage budgets and performance pacing across large accounts
• Ensure industry best practices and innovation are applied consistently

Skills Requirements:

• Advanced analytical ability to connect campaign performance with client business objectives
• Presentation confidence and professionalism in dealing with colleagues and customers (in writing/on the phone/in person)
• High-level project and budget management skills

Your Experience and Required Knowledge:

• 5+ years of Paid Social experience in a media/performance agency
• Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Snapchat Ads, and Pinterest Ads
• Experience with regional platforms (XING in DACH, Viadeo in France is a plus, but not required)
• Thorough understanding of Paid Social trends, measurement, attribution, and cross-channel integration
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken); knowledge of additional European languages is an advantage
