Campaign Manager

The purpose of this role is to own the campaign management across Dentsu clients within the Addressable team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Working directly with the internal media team to ensure all tracking is in place and mapping correctly and continuously monitoring campaigns to ensure everything is serving correctly.
  • Coordinating with the internal Media team to aid in identifying, reporting, and resolving technical issues.
  • Providing detailed weekly revenue forecasts and responding to billing enquiries for all monthly performance activity.
  • Providing the 'technical expertise' needed to communicate with the client and explain campaign progress / address any blocking issues.
  • Building campaign proposals including a set of tactics matching with the overall goal of the advertiser.
  • Exporting data from the ad server interface and combining it in a correct way with DSP data points if needed.
  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the Programmatic eco-system, keeping up to date with new ad technology functionality and understanding the potential opportunities presented by specific technology.
  • Contributing to updating best practices and offering insights on how to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Offering consultative ideas to the Operation, Account, and Commercial team to help them with pitching new business, improving campaign.
