We are now looking for a Client Account Manager to join the team in Vilnius!

As a Client Account Manager at Carat, you will lead key client relationships and help brands grow through smart, integrated media solutions. This role combines strategic thinking, commercial responsibility, and strong media expertise across digital and traditional channels.

What you'll do

• Own and grow relationships with multiple clients, acting as their trusted media partner.
• Understand clients' business goals and translate them into effective, integrated media strategies.
• Lead the development and delivery of media plans across digital and ATL channels.
• Advise clients using data, insights, and clear recommendations that drive measurable results.
• Work closely with internal teams and lead by example within the client team.

What we're looking for

• Strong commercial mindset with experience managing and growing client accounts.
• Strategic media thinker with hands-on experience across both digital and traditional media.
• Proven ability to plan, buy, and integrate all media channels (ATL + digital).
• Confident communicator who can present, persuade, and build long-term relationships.
• Natural leader who supports team development and collaboration.
• Experience in an agency account management role or a similar commercial role client-side.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
