The Client Account Director (FTC) at Carat will lead the day-to-day management of the Kraft Heinz Mayo & Soups brands. This role drives strategic direction, fosters creativity, and ensures strong ROI across all campaigns.
As the primary liaison between Carat and Kraft Heinz, the CAD oversees the development and delivery of tailored media strategies, elevating best practices and ensuring high-quality work. They will build strong client relationships, guide a skilled team, and translate market insight and industry expertise into effective, innovative media plans that support both client and agency growth.
The Client Account Director reports to the Client Director and works closely with them across all initiatives. Given the people-focused culture of the Heinz business, establishing strong, collaborative client relationships is essential to success in this role.
