Account Executive

The Account Executive supports senior account team members in managing client relationships and executing advertising campaigns. This role focuses on coordination, administration, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

Assist in day-to-day account management tasks under the guidance of senior team members.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of campaign elements.

Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, finance documentations, and reporting.

Support in preparing presentations, proposals, and meeting contact reports.

Gate keep timelines, executional work quality standards, and monitor budgets.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Great communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to multitask, work under pressure and tight deadlines.

Understanding of advertising and basic marketing principles.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) and Keynote.
