Customer Support Back-office Specialist

The Customer Support Back-office Specialist for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for:

  • Administration of sales contracts (from creation to maintenance, renewal and termination)
  • Processing of hardware orders (from order placement to shipment to the customer)
  • Billing and dispute resolution (from the invoice to the resolution of any disputes)

This position is part of the Customer Support & Administration Team and you will report to the Customer Support Contracts Management. The role is based in Krefeld.

The essential responsibilities of the position include:

  • Maintenance of sales contracts, execution of contract renewals and implementation of price increases in the ERP system (Oracle)
  • Processing of customer invoices and billings, investigation and resolution of reported disputed invoices
  • Management of hardware orders from order placement to shipment to the customer
  • Daily follow-up of equipment orders, taking responsibility for the necessary actions
  • Processing of customer inquiries, taking responsibility and ensuring appropriate communication between customers and the sales team

The essential requirements of the position include:

  • Training as an industrial clerk or a comparable qualification
  • Fluent German and good English language skills
  • Very good knowledge of the MS Office package
  • Experience in handling an ERP system like Oracle, SAP, etc.

It would be advantageous if you also have the following skills:

  • Experience with invoicing and shipping of products
