Radiometer is driving a strategic business program aimed at transforming current ways of working and replacing outdated business applications. This initiative introduces globally aligned processes, policies, and data, along with a modern application landscape built around three critical components: Microsoft Dynamics 365FO, Dynamics 365CRM, and PROS Configure Price Quote.

We are looking for a CPQ Technical Specialist to strengthen our CPQ Continuous Improvement team and be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our PROS CPQ solution. This role will ensure that PROS CPQ is configured and developed to streamline sales processes and ensure accurate pricing and quoting, supporting that a sustainable CPQ solution will be implemented in all 30+ Sales sites globally.

This role requires deep technical expertise in CPQ platforms (PROS Smart CPQ, CPQ for Sales Agreements, Smart Price Management), understanding of E2E business processes (Opportunity to Quote, Order to Cash) and the ability to integrate these with CRM (D365 CRM), ERP (D365 FO), and other enterprise tools. The primary application for this role is PROS CPQ, connected with Dynamics 365FO and Dynamics 365CRM.

The CPQ Continuous Improvement team is in Brønshøj, Denmark, reporting to the Director, Global CRM, Collaboration & Support and will be an on-site role. The team is part of the Global Business Systems department at Radiometer IT, where you will be working closely with colleagues within ERP, CPQ Implementation, and D365CRM.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Be part of the team delivering the new global Radiometer Business System Platform, centered around Microsoft Dynamics 365CRM, Dynamics 365FO and PROS CPQ
• Own and govern the CPQ platform technically
• Deliver continuous improvement changes to the solution, working closely together with functional consultants, business process managers and super users to design the best possible solutions to support business requirements and processes
• Design, develop, implement and maintain complex pricing models, product configurations, discounting rules, approval flows, product bundles, quote templates and more
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical tasks and issues related to CPQ configuration, performance and integrations

The essential requirements of the job include:

• A bachelor's degree or higher
• 5+ years of experience in CPQ and/or CRM platform maintenance, configuration, development and integration (PROS Smart CPQ and D365CRM preferred)
• Strong technical skills and programming experience with languages such as C#
• Ability to engage with end users and conflicting business requirements to deliver a system that follow global best practice for business processes.
• A structured approach to analysis, configuration and documentation
• Proficient in business process understanding to transfer business requirements into efficient solutions in PROS CPQ
• Experience with CRM and ERP integrations

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• PROS CPQ certification or equivalent
• Working with CPQ systems within a regulated and global industry and are familiar with GxP
