We're looking for someone who is open-minded, ambitious, and ready to lead, coach, train, and motivate the team. It goes without saying – that they must be capable of overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring team objectives are successfully achieved.

What You Will Do

• Leading, coaching, training, and motivating your team;
• Oversee day-to-day operations;
• Ensure team objectives are successfully achieved;
• Review, monitor progress, and provide feedback regarding employee performance;
• Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings.

• Flexibility to work from 9:00 till 18:00 most of the time and being flexible to come earlier or later when needed (e.x. spending the whole shift with the team from time to time);
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English;
• To be located in Vilnius.

• Gross salary - 2000 - 2500 EUR/month and additional bonuses up to 500 EUR/month (gross) after 1 month (depending on team results).
