As a Senior Implementation Manager, you will lead the deployment of EHR functionality and capabilities that support the electronic exchange of clinical data, with a strong emphasis on enabling and accelerating compliance with federal regulations. In this highly collaborative role, you will partner closely with providers, customers, internal stakeholders, and end users to ensure solutions meet business, clinical, and regulatory needs.
You will play a key role in shaping business and go-to-market strategies, working with vendor and DDAT partners to deliver technical enablement across multiple EMR platforms. As part of the Interoperability team, you will collaborate with Business, Clinical, Compliance, DDAT, Legal, and Vendor teams to deliver technologies and processes that advance our strategy for seamless clinical data exchange and meet all government requirements.
The ideal candidate is an experienced project manager with a strong track record of leading large, cross-functional programs and deep knowledge of healthcare interoperability. Success in this role requires the ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and adapt to a fast-changing environment.

Pay range:
$67,900.00 - $149,328.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
