Position Summary: The Policy Processor is responsible for accurately reviewing and issuing new insurance applications within the New Business department. This role supports the timely and accurate processing of Final Expense, A&H, and/or Medicare Supplement policies by following established procedures and collaborating with team members across underwriting, fulfillment, and data entry. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on quality and turnaround time.

Required Qualifications:

• 6 months Basic computer and data entry experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems to complete daily tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in insurance operations, data entry, or administrative support
• Familiarity with Final Expense, A&H, Medicare Supplement policy processing, or health insurance claims.
• Experience working in a production or metrics-based environment
• Working knowledge of Excel

Education: High school diploma or GED

Pay Range: The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $28.46. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
