Project Coordinator

This role is responsible for the overall communication among the stakeholders. The person is responsible to maintain the project documents and follow the organization procedures required for the project.

About the Role:

• Maintain project documentation (contracts, drawings, permits)
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Track budgets, invoices, and expenses
• Ensure all paperwork complies with local regulations
• Act as a point of contact between stakeholders (clients, contractors, management)
• Schedule and organize meetings, site visits, and inspections
• Provide updates to clients or senior management on project status

Key Selection Criteria:

• Coordinate delivery of materials and equipment
• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed
• Help resolve scheduling conflicts or resource shortages
• Follow up on pending tasks with team members
• Support the project manager in day-to-day operations
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Communication and coordination abilities
• Basic knowledge of construction processes
• Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, project management software
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Qualification B.E/B. Tech in Civil
