Account Executive
This role is responsible for building and managing land supply as a critical function for the local market, from start to finish. This includes managing and assisting team with the overall coordination, collaboration, and development of land related listings for marketing and business development content and sales support collateral.
Combing the markets to map all supply options with their credential
To maintain database of all land deals past and present
To develop local relations with all stake holders to understand land deal structures
To timely support every senior broker with land options
To assist team with site visits and detailed inspections
Intermediate to Advanced experience in Land sourcing is essential
Previous experience in a similar role
Experience within the Property industry is advantageous
Strong written and oral communication skills
High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
