Culligan of Clinton, the industry leader in commercial and residential water conditioning, is seeking a friendly, positive, dedicated and hard-working individual to provide excellent customer service.

Major duties and responsibilities include:

• Answering phone calls.
• Processing daily payments.
• Working with spreadsheets and numbers daily.
• Charging out daily routes and service work.
• Past dues, collections, small claims.
• Setting up new customer accounts.
• Creating delivery and service orders.
• Assigning leads to sales representatives.
• Washing bottled water coolers.
• Maintaining a positive K&S H2O Inc. Culligan of Clinton image.
• Actively supporting a positive team environment that is conducive to the efficient and effective "serving" of our customers and safeguarding company assets.
• Taking precautions to avoid accidents and ensuring the safety of everyone. Immediately report all accidents, personal and property, to manager.
• Safeguarding company equipment and products, keeping track of material delivered and returned.
• Collecting all applicable customer payments and providing receipts as required.
• Accurately and legibly completing all required forms and reports.
• Knowing and following company policies and procedures; identifying need for and suggesting change when appropriate.
• Assisting/training other employees as requested.
• Resolving any product or service-related issues; following up to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Performing other related duties as assigned or requested.

Position requirements include:

• Able to read/write and communicate effectively.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Customer service and multi-line telephone experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, data entry, and 10 key calculator.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• This position is a 20 to 24 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
