The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll answer calls, schedule appointments, resolve billing questions, and work closely with our service and sales teams to ensure every customer has a positive experience. This is a full-time, in-office position (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with training provided—no prior water industry experience needed!
