Customer Service Representative

Culligan Water is seeking an individual experienced in customer service to work with both commercial and residential customers. This position works directly with customers to discuss orders, bill service and installations, resolve billing issues, and generally meet customer needs. The successful candidate must have strong computer skills, be detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Extensive problem-solving, order processing, and helping to manage customer accounts
• Provide proactive sales support by developing close relationships with customers
• Schedule service and delivery orders
• Coordinate schedules with the service/operations team
• Contact customers for purposes of scheduling additional services or offering maintenance plans
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be able to read and understand customer orders.
• Strong time management and project management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Prior customer service experience preferred

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
