We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator based at Peterborough in the UK on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. The role reports to the Sales Manager, UK and Ireland.

About you: You have a Business Administration degree in Sales/Commercial or a Supply Chain background, with minimum 3 to 5 years' experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. You possess a comprehensive proficiency in MSOffice, (Excel) and a strong working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP). You are an effective communicator, both internally and externally, with good interpersonal and planning skills. You have excellent verbal and writing skills in English. We are looking for a team player, with a high level of organization and administrative skills. Stress-proof, you are customer-oriented, with the ability to work to tight deadlines, with a flexible approach in your dealings.
