Job Responsibilities
- Work in SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, One Note, Excel, etc. to enter and update project data
- Update website information for Crown sites as required
- InfoLink Software and Communication troubleshooting
- InfoLink Hardware installation and troubleshooting
- Assist with customer calls in our call center
- Prepare spreadsheets, reports, power points, etc.
- Other IT and customer service related tasks as required, based on experience
Job Qualifications
- Experience working with customers
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with wireless troubleshooting and/or SQL is a plus, but not required
- Enrolled in a MIS, IT or other technology/business program.
