Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate functional knowledge of the D365 ERP platform and its capabilities.
  • Configure D365 ERP core modules based on defined business requirements.
  • Develop functional designs for customization of D365 ERP modules.
  • Engage with clients to understand business needs and support translation into functional and technical requirements.
  • Conduct detailed requirements analysis and assist in developing functional specification designs.
  • Conduct testing and quality assurance activities.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Produce functional documentation, business process documentation, design documents, output specifications, and test plans.
  • Provide support to clients during implementation.
  • Assist in developing training materials and support training sessions.
  • Support user adoption efforts.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery.
  • Facilitate collaboration and communication between teams.
  • Complete assigned project tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with project managers and senior consultants to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with the team.
  • Identify and communicate potential business opportunities to project leadership.
  • Support maintaining client and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience in ERP implementations or related technical/functional roles.
  • Foundational understanding of D365 ERP modules.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage assigned tasks and meet project timelines.
  • Strong troubleshooting and documentation abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree.
