Junior Customer IT Support Specialist

We're looking for a Junior Customer IT Support Specialist based in Lisbon, Portugal with a proactive mindset and a customer-oriented approach.

You will provide hands-on support to customers using our unique tools, learning the specifics of the systems on the job.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support for customer inquiries related to our internal systems and tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents by collaborating with internal teams.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in English and French (knowledge of Dutch is a plus).
  • Assist in documenting known issues, solutions, and support procedures.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback.
  • Translate customer issues into actionable insights for the team.

Technical Skills

  • Some IT background or related experience; willingness to learn on the job.
  • Professional communication skills in English and French; Dutch is a strong plus but not mandatory.
  • Holds an ITIL Foundation v4 certification or demonstrates a strong willingness to become certified.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Office 365
  • Customer and result-oriented mindset — you aim to solve issues with business impact in mind.
  • Strong problem-solving skills — you enjoy getting to the root of issues.
