Description
Essential Job Functions:
- Creates value propositioning and drives solutions. Provides, documents, and reviews one strategic solution per client managed in their book of business per quarter.
- Acts as main liaison between client and CWW network.
- Internal and external business reviews on a monthly basis.
- Local level relationship building, management and engagement both internally and externally.
- Creates and deploys SOP to respective origin/destination points. Obtains sign off both internally and externally.
- Manages RCCA process and drive continuous improvement.
- Participates in and manages quoting process.
- Engages with Implementation Managers for all new business.
- Manages anomaly and exception reports both financial and operational.
- Drives cross selling opportunities
- Defines/documents and gains sign off on Scope of Work both internally and externally.
- Manages and Drives Company mandated ROTP.
- Maintains invoicing requirements contained within the SOP with DD and Regional Director Account Management signature.
- Collaborates with stations and client to build a healthy and steady collections process.
- Maintain AR below percentage in accordance with company goal.
- Responsible for driving 10% Net Revenue growth YOY for respective book of business.

Physical Requirements:
- Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment
- Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
Education & Experience:
- High School Degree or GED required.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum five years related experience.
- Minimum four years industry experience preferred.
Certification and Licenses:
- Professional certification may be required in some areas
