Crane Worldwide Logistics is a leader in supply chain solutions with over 130 locations across 30 countries providing individual services that address our client's logistics challenges.

The Account Manager is responsible for successful strategic development of a client or a group of clients. Responsible for relationship alignment and network penetration. Acts as client advocate and strongly influences both internal and external decision makers.

Essential Job Functions:

• Creates value propositioning and drives solutions. Provides, documents, and reviews one strategic solution per client managed in their book of business per quarter.
• Strong knowledge and experience in third-party logistics (3PL) and B2B operations.
• Strong knowledge and experience in E-commerce logistics.
• Acts as main liaison between client and CWW network.
• Internal and external business reviews on a monthly basis.
• Local level relationship building, management and engagement both internally and externally.
• Creates and deploys SOP to respective origin/destination points. Obtains sign off both internally and externally.
• Manages RCCA process and drive continuous improvement.
• Participates in and manages quoting process.
• Engages with Implementation Managers for all new business.
• Manages anomaly and exception reports both financial and operational.
• Drives cross selling opportunities.
• Defines/documents and gains sign off on Scope of Work both internally and externally.
• Manages and Drives Company mandated ROTP.
• Maintains invoicing requirements contained within the SOP with DD and Regional Director Account Management signature.
• Collaborates with stations and client to build a healthy and steady collections.
• Maintains AR below percentage in accordance with company goal.
• Responsible for driving 10% Net Revenue growth YOY for respective book of business.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment.
• Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

• Ability to travel both International and Domestic.

Education and Experience:

• High School or relevant experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in third-party logistics (3PL), with a strong background in B2B operations.
• 3–5 years of experience in E-commerce logistics.
• Minimum four years industry experience preferred.

Certifications and Licenses:

• Professional certification may be required in some areas.
