The Role: Strategic management of the business at Walgreens with the goal of establishing Wella as the market leader in sales and service. This person will lead the identification, development, and execution of strategies to deliver key business KPIs. The ideal candidate will be expected to create the strategic vision as well as manage the tactical implementation, in all facets, with regards to the products managed. Joint Business Planning, Line Reviews, Promotional Execution, Financial Management, Business Analysis, Forecasting, Trade Spend Management, and Strategic Relationship Building.

Your Profile: The ideal candidate is someone who wants to manage their business, take risks, and think outside the box. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years supporting a national account with direct Walgreens experience preferred.
Key Requirements:
We disclose the compensation range for positions in compliance with local law. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, skills, and in comparison to internal incumbents currently in similar roles. Pay Range: $90,000-$125,000 salary per year. The range listed is just one component of Wella Company's total rewards package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonus plan or variable pay, depending on the role. In addition, Wella Company provides a rich variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
