Description of the position

Within our technical integration/support team, you will be the main contact for our customers for all technical questions (implementation and management of announcement feeds, APIs, etc.), in close collaboration with all the company's teams.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, examine, and resolve technical problems reported by customers
  • Process and follow up on customer tickets, whether reported directly or identified proactively
  • Ensure clear, regular, and high-quality communication throughout the resolution of incidents to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Document and analyze recurring problems
  • Work collaboratively with external suppliers, developers, and commercial teams
  • Ensure the quality of the website and identify any problems that may impact the user experience
  • Support the migration of existing feeds to the CoStar system
  • Help to configure and validate new direct integrations
  • Manage technical communications with software providers (API, SFTP, XML, etc.)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with research, product, and engineering teams
  • Contribute to internal documentation and support tools
  • Keep the dashboard for tracking feed integration up to date
  • Participate in team rituals (daily meetings, weekly reviews, prioritization meetings)

Competencies Required

  • Degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in information systems, technical customer support, or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a position combining technical tasks and customer contact (e.g., technical B2B support, software integration, technical account management)
  • Proficiency with internal tools, ticket management, and tracking dashboards
  • Reading of structured data formats (XML, JSON, CSV)
  • Understanding of data transfer protocols (API, SFTP)
  • Proficiency in English is required
