Position Summary: Seeking a Technical Customer Service Representative III to join the team in support of global corporate Travel & Expense (T&E) initiatives. This individual will play a key role in the implementation and support of our corporate card programs and related systems, including Concur Expense, SAP, and Citibank Corporate Cards. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sr. Manager, Global T&E and the Supervisor, Global Card & Expense, supporting a variety of tasks related to the implementation, customer service inquiries, communications, and administrative processes for our global T&E and Purchasing Card programs.
