Junior Account Manager Apprentice

To support Cornerstone's client commercial team, we are looking for an ambitious and motivated intern who will assist client account managers in their daily tasks and have the opportunity to develop their skills by participating in the management of a client portfolio.

As a member of the commercial team dedicated to our mid-market clients, you will work to provide our clients with the best possible experience to promote satisfaction, loyalty, and additional sales. You will contribute to prospecting activities under the guidance of Account Managers.

In this role, you will need to...

• Assist Account Managers in the sales process and the preparation of weekly meetings and workshops with clients.
• Conduct competitive intelligence and sales initiatives for clients from various industries.
• Support the team in preparing business reviews, and other client presentations.
• Contribute to maintaining a high level of client experience, retention, and development within the account portfolio.
• Help develop an action plan to expand our presence with our existing base by identifying and proposing expansion opportunities.
• Assist Account Managers in keeping our CRM updated (opportunities, contacts, quotations, etc.).
• Contribute to the success of Cornerstone by working closely with cross-functional teams such as Customer Success, Services, Support, and other internal teams.

You have what it takes if you...

• Are pursuing a course in Business School or equivalent training.
• Have skills in client account management and commercial development.
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Have attention to detail and excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Are resourceful and flexible, with good adaptability to change.
• Have a great capacity for listening, and what matters most to you is finding solutions to the problems your team or clients have shared with you.
• Are oriented towards customer satisfaction and results.
• Have a good level of English.

The extra edge if you have...

• Previous experience in commercial development.
• Previous experience in the SaaS software sector.
• Knowledge of corporate HR processes.
