As an integral member of the team, the Customer Service Representative maintains productive working relationships, internally and externally, and coordinates all aspects of the sale from orders to deliveries and payments. They have many responsibilities like answering inbound phone calls, addressing customers' questions about products and services, processing payments, generating sales leads that develop into new customers, effective communication, problem-solving, identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction. Ensuring customer satisfaction by anticipating customer needs and proposing appropriate solutions based on our product portfolio.
