Account Manager

If you are an account manager looking for an opportunity to grow, Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in Guangzhou, you will be responsible for developing and growing Sroll Rack in South & Southwest China business by identifying and following up business opportunities into cold room, retail segments. Engage closely with end users and contractors by providing system solutions and technical service.

As an account manager, you will:

1. Sales activities
2. Key accounts visit and follow up
3. Monthly ordering forecast and payment follow up
4. Projects pursuit by engaging with end users and contractors
5. Collaborate with training, service & AE team for customers' technical development

1. New business opportunities development
2. New products promotion and field test together with SRD and AE
3. Identify potential customers by deeply understanding their needs and provide proper solutions
4. Co-market with system partners to seek for end customers' acceptance

1. Market research
2. Involve Marketing team into events of Road show, technical salon
3. Monitor and fast respond to regional market trends and competitors' status
4. Collect marketing data regularly

1. Technical support
2. Independently carry out product training for customers
3. Resolve basic technical problems initiatively and independently
4. Collaborate with retail solution team to provide full solution

Required education, experience, & skills:

• Bachelor's degree or above in HVAC relevant majors
• 8 years or above working experience in related field
• Knowledge of compressor and refrigeration system design is preferred
• Strong execution ability to achieve challenging target
• Good communication skills and experienced working with customers
• Good command of English and computer skills
• Good team player and able to work independently
• Willing to travel frequently
