Account Manager, Air Conditioning & Heating - Remote Eligible

Job Purpose

Develop and grow China East air conditioning and heating business by identifying and following up on business opportunities. Engage closely with OEMs and WHSLs by providing products/solutions and technical service (mainly Zhejiang Province).

Key Responsibilities

Sales Activities

• Drive key accounts business growth in Zhejiang province.
• Work closely with WHSLs sales to drive share gain and growth.
• Provide monthly ordering forecasts and follow up on payments.
• Pursue projects by engaging closely with OEMs.
• Develop new business opportunities.

New Business Development

• Focus on promoting new products, especially those identified as strategic opportunities in China.
• Identify potential customers by deeply understanding marketing trends and customer needs, and provide accurate solutions.

Market Research

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to coordinate promotion events.
• Monitor and collect market data regularly to respond swiftly to regional market trends and competitors' status.

Technical Support

• Work with Marketing and Application Engineering teams to conduct product training events.
• Provide proactive feedback on customers' system operation status and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering fields, with a preference for HVAC or Refrigeration majors.
• Over 5 years of working experience in HVAC.
• Knowledge of compressor and refrigeration system design is preferred.
• Strong execution ability to achieve challenging targets.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with customers.
• Good command of English and computer skills.
• Diligent and able to work independently.
• Dedicated and determined to succeed.
