Account Manager
We are seeking an outcome-driven Account Manager (S2-G5) to join our Sales team. Each successful candidate will be responsible for building trusted customer relationships, driving discovery workshops, and generating pipeline growth across their assigned client cluster.
A technical fluency across Cloud, AWS, Security, and Network technologies is preferred, with the ability to work across multiple practices and engage in solution-based conversations that translate into measurable business outcomes for customers.
The Role
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients within your territory/cluster.
- Establish a cadence of discovery and solution workshops to identify customer needs and map them to Continent 8's portfolio.
- Drive adoption of multi-practice solutions, aligning to customer transformation priorities.
- Proactively build, manage, and close pipeline opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Leverage and build technical expertise to position Continent 8 as a trusted advisor in Cloud, AWS, Security, and Network services.
- Collaborate with internal practice leads to deliver compelling proposals and client engagements.
- Partner with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, and Practice Leaders to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing and support best practices across geographies.
- Track, forecast, and report sales performance in line with company objectives.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required:
- 2–3 years' experience in technical solutions sales, ideally across Cloud, AWS, Security, and Network domains.
- Demonstrated success in leading discovery workshops and outcome-led solution selling.
- Strong ability to manage multi-practice sales engagements, aligning technical value with business impact.
- Proven track record of pipeline development, sales execution, and revenue growth.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with executive and technical audiences.
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on customer outcomes.
