This role provides technical support to customers, distribution partners, and sales representatives regarding adhesive products and solutions. The specialist delivers timely assistance via phone, email, and web chat, helping users troubleshoot mechanical situations and select appropriate products. The position is primarily remote but requires regular onsite presence for training and weekly hybrid work.
