• Provide solutions to customer concerns, demonstrating professionalism and empathy.
• Continuously stay informed about company products and services to offer up-to-date information to clients.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to customer support and order management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service or call center roles.
• Proficiency in order entry and database management systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
