Customer Service Representative

A client of Insight Global is seeking a customer service representative to support a client in the golf industry. Responsibilities include:

  • Handle a high volume of customer interactions via phone, email, and other avenues
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions
  • Deliver accurate and complete information to customers
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance and Software Teams to escalate technical issues
  • Address customer concerns with professionalism and composure
  • Support additional tasks as needed in a dynamic, startup environment

Compensation: $40,000 to $43,000. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

  • Previous experience in customer service or support

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
