Customer Service Representative

TEKsystems is looking to hire a group of customer service representatives to assist a client based in the Milford, CT area. These positions would take place on site. This position is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with upward career mobility. This client has grown year over year the past four years. This is a fun/family environment that invests in employment development.

Qualifications:

  • Previous recent customer service or inside sales experience (6+ months preferred)
  • Independent, positive, confident, and customer-oriented
  • Time management skills
  • Strong communications ability (both written and verbal)

Job Description:

  • Receiving calls (50-60 calls per day) from current and prospective customers handling customer inquiries and upselling services
  • Updating customer information in the company database
  • Inputting credit card payments

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday. Rotating Saturday hours (2 Saturdays a month).

Pay: $18/hr.

Job Type & Location: This is a contract to hire position based out of Milford, CT.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
