Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

  • Develops strong communication and technical skills to assist customers.
  • Uses problem solving skills, determines problems, and understands fundamental parts of the problem in order to resolve customer service related inquiries.
  • Participates in learning opportunities for process improvements, time management and technology skills

Qualifications

  • Education: Interns must have a High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and be currently enrolled in college courses.

Normal setting for this job is: Hybrid Role; This position is a year-round role - 40 hours in summer for training and 15-20 hours during the school year. The expected base pay range for this hybrid position is $16.00-$19.50. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
