Responsibilities of this position will include:

• Maintain and segment CRM data to enhance advisor engagement and inform sales strategy.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools that track performance and support data-driven decision making.
• Develop streamlined processes for updating content and documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Conduct competitor and market research to help shape positioning and messaging.
• Manage inbound client inquiries and provide timely, thoughtful responses.
• Assist with logistics, scheduling, and follow-up for webinars, meetings, and conferences.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in financial services, asset management, wealth management, or fintech.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with proficiency in Excel and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, self-starting mindset with a desire to grow and make an impact.
