The IT Helpdesk acts as the first responder for our end users who need technical assistance. We strive to provide the best experience possible, understanding how stressful a situation can be for our users who cannot conduct business due to technical challenges. If we are not able to resolve these technical issues, we make sure the support request is routed to the appropriate team that can resolve the issue.
In the Jr Tech role, the main responsibilities include providing advice and support to end-users, answering queries, and addressing system and user issues promptly and professionally.
