Technical Support Advisor - (Italian-Speaking) Remote MS03

Are you interested in starting or focusing your career in the technology and software area?

We are looking for Technical Support Agents with Italian to provide technical assistance to a project with a world leading software development company.

If you have similar previous experience, or you have developed as an IT Technician, and you are interested in the offer, do not hesitate to apply!

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Italian (native) and English (advanced)
  • Training or experience in IT technologies/products, especially in Cloud technologies or products related to Office, Outlook, Onedrive, Exchange, Sharepoint, Lync Server, Microsoft Windows (valuable)
  • Ability to handle diverse customer situations, with empathy and professionalism.
  • Critical and logical thinking for effective problem solving

  • Full time (39h/week), permanent contract, from Monday to Friday, 09.00 - 18.00
