The Project Coordinator will provide operational and administrative support to the Technical Program Manager responsible for the enterprise-wide implementation of a new Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solution. This role is critical in ensuring alignment, communication, and execution across multiple concurrent programs with a shared go-live date, spanning finance, internal technology, and professional services teams. The Project Coordinator will serve as the execution arm for day-to-day program operations—driving scheduling, managing change requests, tracking deliverables, and consolidating updates—allowing program leadership to focus on strategic decision-making and cross-functional alignment.
