Customer Service Representative Emergency Response

Are you someone who stays calm under pressure and knows how to take decisive action when it matters most? As part of our Emergency Assistance team, you play a vital role in critical situations, from contacting emergency services to supporting motorists stranded on the road.

Your Role:

As a member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for people who urgently need help. You'll speak with callers and chat users to quickly assess their situation and determine the right assistance, whether that's contacting the police after a break-in or arranging roadside support for a flat tire on the highway.

This role requires confidence, decisiveness, and empathy. You know how to act swiftly and effectively without losing your human touch. You listen carefully, remain professional, and ensure every customer receives the right solution as quickly as possible.

Customers reach us via phone and chat, so it's essential that you speak and write both German and English fluently.

Please note: A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) is required and must be submitted within six weeks.

Concentrix is a great match if you:

  • Fluent written and spoken German and English (C1 level). This is mandatory;
  • No problem working in shifts, so you can work morning, afternoon and night;
  • Are willing to work 100% at our location in Amsterdam;
  • Have a degree in CPR or have knowledge of police, fire or other emergency response;
  • Have experience in providing emergency response or communications;
  • Have experience with MS Office and Google Maps;
