What you will do in this role:

  • Deliver exceptional support to customers via phone, chat, and email, representing a leading digital wallet with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Stay informed on the latest products, policies, and services to provide timely and accurate information.
  • Demonstrate warmth, empathy, and enthusiasm in every customer interaction.
  • Apply your knowledge of digital wallet products to troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns efficiently.

Your qualifications:

  • Have a high level of Dutch (C1 written and oral) and a good level of English (B2).
  • Have 1 year of experience working in a fast-paced team-based retail, hospitality or customer service environment is preferred.
  • High school diploma (or the applicable hiring country equivalent).
  • Experience in an internet company, financial services industry or transaction processor preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of PC-based internet and software applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative, solution-oriented mindset.
