Your Contribution:

• Lead and develop a committed customer service team to ensure a high service level.

• Independently process national and international offer requests and create contract documents.

• Coordinate customer service activities to continuously improve workflows and support the sales team.

• Ensure effective customer communication mainly via email and assist in the processing of tenders and complaints.

• Closely collaborate with sales managers, specialist departments, and the management in cross-functional meetings.

What You Bring:

• Successfully completed training or degree in the business field or a comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in customer service and ideally experience in team leadership

• Excellent communication skills towards the team and customers in the pharmaceutical industry, coupled with assertiveness, are important

• Organizational skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working are required, as well as a high degree of initiative, team spirit, and cross-departmental thinking combined with loyalty and reliability.

• Very good knowledge of MS-Office Word and Excel, ideally also experience with Microsoft Dynamics, as well as very good English and German language skills in speech and writing
