Lead and develop a committed customer service team to ensure a high service level.
Independently process national and international offer requests and create contract documents.
Coordinate customer service activities to continuously improve workflows and support the sales team.
Ensure effective customer communication mainly via email and assist in the processing of tenders and complaints.
Closely collaborate with sales managers, specialist departments, and the management in cross-functional meetings.
Successfully completed training or degree in the business field or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in customer service and ideally experience in team leadership
Excellent communication skills towards the team and customers in the pharmaceutical industry, coupled with assertiveness, are important
Organizational skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working are required, as well as a high degree of initiative, team spirit, and cross-departmental thinking combined with loyalty and reliability.
Very good knowledge of MS-Office Word and Excel, ideally also experience with Microsoft Dynamics, as well as very good English and German language skills in speech and writing
