Your Role:

• Install and configure new IT hardware and software for our customers (dental practices).
• Perform maintenance and repairs on already installed components in your region.
• Support the operation and expansion of the secure Telematik Infrastruktur network as a certified technician.
• In telephone contact with our customers, provide technical advice and identify error sources via remote maintenance.
• Document your diligent and customer-oriented work comprehensively and accurately.

What You Bring:

• You have a completed training in the IT field, such as IT-System Electronics, Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, IT-Systemadministrator, or Netzwerkadministrator, or you have an equivalent qualification.
• You have at least two years of professional experience and experience in the field.
• You react flexibly to spontaneous changes and maintain an overview even in high workload situations.
• You are characterized by reliable and conscientious work with a systematic and customer-oriented approach.
• You possess a driver's license class B and have very good German language skills for communication with our customers.
