Your Role:

• Install and configure new IT hardware and software for our clients and perform repairs on existing components.
• Handle hotline inquiries and support our clients and regional staff with technical questions.
• Document your meticulous and customer-oriented work thoroughly and accurately.
• Develop suggestions for improving hardware, software, and documentation.
• Conduct technical training, seminars, and workshops for clients on-site and in-house.

What You Bring:

• You have a completed IT education, such as a specialist in system integration (m/w/d), IT technician (m/w/d), IT system administrator (m/w/d), or network administrator (m/w/d), or you have a comparable qualification.
• You have professional experience in system and small installations or repair and service operations.
• You react flexibly to spontaneous changes and maintain your overview even under high workload.
• You have very good German language skills for communication with our clients.
• You possess a driver's license class B.
