Your Contribution:

• You install and configure new IT hardware and software (pharmacy inventory management systems) for our clients.

• You build a standards-defined IT system infrastructure in pharmacies and perform repairs on already installed components.

• You document your meticulous and customer-oriented work in a clear and complete manner.

• In telephone contact with our clients, you answer questions and identify possible sources of error.

• You train our clients in the use of the new IT hardware and software solution to ensure they can efficiently use the systems. You convey the necessary knowledge and skills and are available for follow-up questions at any time to ensure smooth implementation and use.

What You Bring With You:

• You have a completed IT education, e.g. as a system integration specialist, service technician, IT system administrator, network administrator, or a comparable qualification.

• You have at least two years of relevant professional experience.

• You react flexibly to spontaneous changes and maintain an overview when working at a high intensity.

• You have very good German language skills for communication with our customers.

• You have a strong ability to work in a team and are willing to work closely with colleagues from various departments to develop solutions and provide the best possible support. Your cooperative behavior fosters a positive work atmosphere and contributes to the successful implementation of projects.
