Your Role:

• Install and configure new IT hardware and software (pharmacy inventory systems) for our clients.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on already installed components in your region.
• Support the operation and expansion of the secure telematics infrastructure network as a certified technician.
• In telephone contact with our clients, provide technical advice and identify error sources through remote maintenance.
• Document your meticulous and customer-oriented work comprehensively and thoroughly.

What You Bring:

• You have a completed IT training, such as a specialist in IT system integration (m/w/d), service technician (m/w/d), IT system administrator (m/w/d), network administrator (m/w/d), or an equivalent qualification.
• You have at least two years of relevant professional experience.
• You react flexibly to spontaneous changes and maintain an overview even in high-density work.
• Reliable and meticulous work with a systematic and customer-oriented approach characterizes you.
• You have very good German language skills for communication with our clients.
