We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Manager (CSM) with strong leadership experience to oversee our internal water distribution operation. This role manages the flow of water to 50 vending machines located throughout a large, multi story manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate has a military background or some college/degree, experience supervising teams, and thrives in fast paced, ever changing environments.
• Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of associates responsible for filling vending machines and collecting return bottles.
• Oversee the distribution of water products to 50+ vending machines located inside and outside the factory.
• Ensure all returned bottles are properly collected and delivered to the Boomerang Room.
• Maintain a daily report detailing inventory movements and water distribution.
• Complete a weekly inventory to reconcile product usage and stock levels.
• Provide clear, accurate pass down notes to the day shift supervisor.
• Navigate daily operational changes driven by customer needs, ensuring quick pivots and solution-oriented responses.
• Manage operations in a 5 story building, often requiring the ability to climb multiple flights of stairs due to frequent elevator outages.
• Promote a positive, "can do" team culture focused on safety, accuracy, and service.
• Military experience, or some college coursework, or a completed degree.
• Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience, with responsibility for at least 5 direct reports.
• Experience in manufacturing, especially food or beverage, is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel (reporting, logging, basic formulas).
• Proven ability to work under pressure, manage shifting priorities, and adapt to fast-paced, chaotic customer demands.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to enforce accountability.
• Ability to navigate and work in a large, multi level facility with frequent stair use.
• Positive, proactive attitude with excellent problem solving abilities.
• High level of integrity, reliability, and ownership.
• Team-first mentality with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to climb multiple flights of stairs frequently throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a large facility (5 stories) with occasional elevator downtime.
• Able to lift, move, and transport products as needed.
