Job Summary: Customer Service Manager (Coffee Services)

The Customer Service Manager (Coffee Services) will be key in developing and maintaining strategic relationships with both new and existing customers. This role will drive sales growth, ensure premier customer service, and lead daily account operations. The Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to meet business goals and gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire business process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow client relationships; develop new office coffee business opportunities.
• Build strong vendor relationships to ensure optimal product solutions for customers.
• Create and implement sales plans with local management, track performance and drive profitability.
• Lead customer retention initiatives to enhance the client experience.
• Assess location performance through audits and quarterly evaluations.
• Analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Address customer feedback and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Develop strategies to improve sales, profitability, and customer engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree is preferred; a two-year College degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
• Client & Account Management experience.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Able to travel to client sites.
• Must be passionate about Office Coffee Services.
