Catering Sales Coordinator
Pay Range: $23 per hour
Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of the Catering Sales Department. Essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Answer telephones and direct inquiries in a professional and client centric manner.
- Creating Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and catering agreements in appropriate system and submitting for client signature in accordance with venue deadlines.
- Working closely with the culinary and operations team to develop menus.
- Promptly respond to all client correspondence, phone, and email, including initial inquiry correspondence, proposal development for qualified leads, and all follow up as necessary to secure business.
- Proactively engaging in networking and other lead generation activities.
- Assist in preparation of end of month financial reports.
- Attend in-service and/or safety meetings as required.
- Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
