Institutional Banking Client Services (IBCS) is a dynamic, multi-faceted operations team that partners with Institutional Banking and Markets (IB&M) to deliver Transaction Banking solutions to Institutional Banking and Corporate clients. This is a great entry level role into learning about corporate and institutional banking operations, our products and how we can support the queries from this client type. We look for people who are wanting to learn, develop and contribute to an outstanding customer experience.
As an Associate in IBCS, you will be a first point of contact for our clients to manage their Transaction Banking queries and needs. This is done by answering calls, emails and enquires raised via our Customer Portals, to make sure our clients get support needed across a full suite of Transaction Banking products including; Corporate Cards, Transactional Accounts, Payments, Merchant Services and CommBiz.
Our key focus is to serve our Institutional Banking (IB) Clients from the early implementation and on-boarding stage of their life cycle to the in-life servicing support and enhancement of their CBA experience. Throughout this lifecycle the team build strong and meaningful relationships by getting to know the clients, their needs, industry, and long-term strategies.
Reporting to the Team Lead, this Associate role contributes to the team success through leveraging strong knowledge and understanding of transactional banking solutions as a key point of reference for complex client solutions and escalations.
