Part Time Customer Service Specialist

As an associate within our business banking contact centre, you'll be the friendly voice our small and medium business customers hear when they contact us. You will assist customers manage their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments.

You will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including:

• Corporate Card Enquiries
• Technical support
• Simple customer service enquiries

We are looking for part time team members who can ideally work until 7pm. Our contact centre is open 7 days a week. Monday to Sunday, 7am to 7pm.

This is a hybrid position giving you the flexibility to work from home and the office in the Perth CBD.

Hours and training

To be considered for this role you must have the following availability:

• Available to work from the Perth CBD office for 50% of your working hours
• We are happy to have a discussion about the number of hours worked but you need to finish work at 7pm
• Training will commence from the start date with all new starters undergoing mandatory training for 4 weeks Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
• Please note, we cannot provide any time off during the training period.
• Throughout your training you will be fully supported with dedicated leadership and a progressive learning model. As you master your role, you'll have the opportunity to learn new skills
